Atkinson EZLynx Assistant is an internal productivity extension intended for authorized Atkinson Insurance Agency staff. It assists staff with copying visible EZLynx information, using configurable field mappings, accessing carrier resources, and opening approved Agency Workspace tools.

Information the extension handles

While providing its features, the extension may process information visible on authorized EZLynx pages, including:

  • Names and contact information
  • Applicant or account identifiers
  • Policy numbers and policy-related information
  • Website content displayed within EZLynx
  • The EZLynx page or URL being used

The extension processes this information only to provide user-requested workflow features such as displaying, mapping, and copying visible fields.

Local storage

The extension uses Chrome’s local storage to retain user-configured field mappings, staff email mappings, extension settings, and interface preferences. These settings remain on the user’s browser unless they are changed, cleared, or the extension is removed.

Data transmission and sharing

Atkinson EZLynx Assistant does not sell user data, use user data for advertising, or share user data with unrelated third parties.

Information read from EZLynx pages is processed locally by the extension for its stated functions. The extension does not transmit visible EZLynx account or policy information to Atkinson Insurance Agency servers or third-party advertising services.

When a user deliberately opens an Agency Workspace tool, carrier website, support resource, or other approved link, that website operates separately under its own access controls and privacy practices.

Data use

Information handled by the extension is used only to:

  • Provide EZLynx field-copying and field-mapping features
  • Display relevant account and policy information to the authorized user
  • Save extension preferences and mappings
  • Open approved agency tools and carrier resources
  • Support internal agency workflows

Data retention

Locally stored extension preferences remain in Chrome until the user clears the extension’s data, changes the saved settings, or removes the extension.

Security and access

The extension is intended for authorized Atkinson Insurance Agency staff. Access to EZLynx, Agency Workspace, and connected resources remains subject to each system’s authentication and permission controls.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the extension’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
